Newton Stewart Pageant

The Newton Stewart Pageant will take place for the first time in seven years on Saturday 29th July 2023. There will be events for the whole family, including the traditional parade of floats and fancy dress followed by the crowning of the Queen of Galloway at Minnigaff playing fields. There will be stalls and entertainment throughout the day, culminating in a ticketed evening dance in the marquee with bar and live music. A junior dance will also take place in the marquee on the Friday night. We hope this will be the rebirth of a great community event!
