
Post Natal Yoga, Realign and Relax
A chance for new mamas to reset and relax
Starting 30th January for 8 weeks

In each session, we will use gentle yoga to help:
re-align your body
improve and strengthen the pelvic floor and tummy muscles that may have weakened during pregnancy
reduce any tension and stiffness around your shoulders, chest and back
Towards the end of the class, we will slow down even further with a quiet meditation to calm your body and mind
This is a ‘Mammy Only’ class so that you, ALONE can recharge, reset and relax so come and join us after your 6-8 week health check.
