Post Natal Yoga, Realign and Relax

A chance for new mamas to reset and relax

Starting 30th January for 8 weeks

In each session, we will use gentle yoga to help:

💛 re-align your body
💛 improve and strengthen the pelvic floor and tummy muscles that may have weakened during pregnancy
💛 reduce any tension and stiffness around your shoulders, chest and back

Towards the end of the class, we will slow down even further with a quiet meditation to calm your body and mind

This is a ‘Mammy Only’ class so that you, ALONE can recharge, reset and relax so come and join us after your 6-8 week health check.
