Elmlea Plants

Elmlea Plants is a small family run nursery in Newton Stewart, SW Scotland specialising in herbaceous perennials and grasses. We offer a friendly and personal service and are always happy to provide advice to our customers.

Although our nursery is small, we are continually expanding the range of our stock and we can always offer a wide range selection of plants suitable for all conditions. We are confident that customers will find something of interest.

Visitors are welcome to wander around our garden to see mature specimens of many of the plants we sell.

Amongst the perennials we grow, there is always a good selection of campanulas, achilleas and geraniums, a wide choice of late flowering plants such as heleniums and a range of larger plants for customers with space. Our range of grasses reflects our own preferences but includes many larger and unusual cultivars together with a wide variety of choice smaller varieties.
