Mums & Bubs- Yoga & Social

A brand new class in Newton Stewart run by Ashley of Yogikidsyoga. Post natal yoga for mummy and baby yoga for the wee one, in the same class…and a FREE cuppa and snack at the end.

Baby yoga is quite active, which also gives you a great opportunity to strengthen your post partum body, adjust and realign your posture and relax and focus on your breathing.

Creative Circles

Lorna will be hosting a monthly 2-hour retreat on Saturday mornings from 10-12, where the flow of the morning will be designed around then needs and interests of those who join her. This is an opportunity for like minded souls to gather, learn and be supported by each other.
Lorna is a holistic health consultant, mentor and speaker and integrates her years of experience and practice to teach others in the art and science of self-mastery as a way to step into your full creative potential.

Lorna interweaves her knowledge and expertise in yoga therapeutics, behaviouralpsychology, neuroscience, coaching, nutrition, physiology and eastern philosophies into her work. You can expect to go on a journey that integrates a range of holistic modalities such as yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork and self-compassion practices for healing and revitalising your creative expression.

Post Natal Yoga, Realign and Relax

A chance for new mamas to reset and relax

Starting 30th January for 8 weeks

In each session, we will use gentle yoga to help:

💛 re-align your body
💛 improve and strengthen the pelvic floor and tummy muscles that may have weakened during pregnancy
💛 reduce any tension and stiffness around your shoulders, chest and back

Towards the end of the class, we will slow down even further with a quiet meditation to calm your body and mind

This is a ‘Mammy Only’ class so that you, ALONE can recharge, reset and relax so come and join us after your 6-8 week health check.
